The Skill Shelf

Your skills live in your organization's GitHub. Three are on the shelf; one is waiting for review.

Held back before publishing: it contained a program file
BlockedChecked 22 SepNothing was sent

Beside the skills: one plugin is on the shelf, and one MCP connection is waiting for review.

Who may publish
Anyone in the organization may offer a skill; a leader publishes it, and one reviewer approves before it lands.
What is blocked
Program files, any file over 1 MB or folder over 5 MB, and anything that looks like a password or key.
Yours, readable anywhere
Every skill is a folder with SKILL.md — any agent can read it without Aristo.
On the shelf — The illustrative organization's shelf — a labeled sample of what a connected shelf shows.
Waiting for review — A version that was offered and is with your organization's reviewer, or approved and landing when the review is completed.
Held back — Refused at the door before anything was sent: program files, a file over 1 MB or a folder over 5 MB, anything that looks like a password or key — the rule is named, the value never is.
Reused — Each download of a skill, or each time it is confirmed in someone's OneDrive. A folder brought through the folder door shows no reuse figure, because none is counted for it.
Open in GitHub — Every item keeps its own door into your organization's repository, for whoever wants it. Nobody else needs to open GitHub.
