What Aristo will never do
Aristo helps people get real value out of Microsoft 365 Copilot — one small win at a time. These are the rules it runs on. They are built into how the product works, not policies someone can waive.
Never estimate your time.Every minute on your page is one you counted yourself. Skips count zero. And when something costs you time, that counts too — at full value, on the same ledger.
Never show your numbers to anyone but you.Your minutes live on your own page. Leaders only ever see a blended team total of five or more people — there is no per-person view, screen, or export for anyone to pull.
Never edit a voice.A note you volunteer renders exactly as you previewed it — unedited, in order, never softened or dropped. Only you can withdraw it. Anonymous means anonymous: there is no way to unseal an author, for anyone.
Never pass on what you tell it.Venting at Aristo is safe. Nothing you type is reported, flagged, or escalated by Aristo — not to your manager, not to HR, not to anyone. One honest boundary: Teams chats sit under your company's normal retention, like any chat; your personal page is not in Teams.
Never chase you."Stop" means stop — no re-asks, no "checking in," no "we missed you." Going quiet is never referenced and never counts against you. One word ("tip") brings Aristo back, and only your word does.
Never argue with your experience. If a tip cost you time, Aristo counts the loss, pulls that tip from your rotation, and holds off on suggesting for a while. It will not talk you out of what happened.
Never rank you.No leaderboards, no streaks, no comparisons between people or teams — anywhere, for anyone.
Never keep what you ask it to forget.Say "forget me" and every per-person record — minutes, receipts, notes, preferences — is erased.
Where your answers go, in detail: aanch · where this goes. These promises hold for every person in every organization Aristo serves.
