200 of 260 Copilot seats in Product were used in the last 14 days. Five champions lead it.
Champions · named under Contoso's contract
Contoso offers each person a switch to stay out of the named view. Any person can turn it on in Your Aristo; their minutes stay theirs either way.

Why this workspace keeps none
This is the illustrative organization — it is never written to, so there is nothing here to save. In your own tenant, naming a filter set keeps it for everyone who can open this workspace, and answers it with the numbers as they stand each time somebody opens it.
Seats by department
Ranked by the counted seats each group holds.
Engineering holds the most seats of the named teams: 680.
Evidence & data — Counted seats by department, ranked
Comparison
These 12 groups hold 4,040 counted seats between them. The scale is seats, so a bar's length is a quantity rather than a rank.

In use and ready to activate
How much of what each group holds is doing work.
2,760 of 4,040 assigned seats in these 12 groups are in use (68.3%).
Evidence & data — Counted seats and the share working, by department
Comparison
2,760 of 4,040 counted seats across these 12 groups are working. A long bar is a large group, not a problem; the amount of amber in it is the problem. Groups below 5 people were merged into one aggregate before this page saw them, so no bar here can be narrowed to a person.

These are the groups the counted utilization join reached. A group without that join keeps its row in the table below with em dashes, rather than appearing here as a bar with an invented split.

Where the per-person view lives
It exists, it is one page, and it belongs to the person it is about.
Aristo does keep a per-person view: Your Aristo, at /me. It shows one person the minutes Aristo helped them take back, the wins they logged, and their own recognition setting — and it opens only with that person's own sign-in. There is no leader route to it, no directory of them, and no export that produces one.
Send your people the link, rather than asking Aristo which of them is using Copilot. It is the same product, seen from the side of the person doing the work.
How the grouping works, and what is not measured yet
Seats are counted per group from your Microsoft license records joined to your directory. A group of fewer than 5 people is never shown on its own: it is shown together with other groups in one row. Inside a shown group, a figure about fewer than 5 people is said in words — the seat type is named, the count is not.
The organization total above is the whole estate. The figures at the foot of the table are the total of the rows SHOWN, which excludes seats without a department — the two are labeled differently for that reason and are never presented as the same figure.
- One slice is shown at a time; slices are never crossed.
- This view groups assigned Copilot seats by directory fields. Teams are named by directory headcount; older rows and other slices use their own count, and small figures are shown in words.
- Movement is measured for the organization, not per team. A persisted run stores the estate's counts of active seats and of seats ready to activate, not a figure per group, so no row on this page carries an arrow — a per-team trend would have to be invented.
- Seat types are shown per group. A type held by fewer than five people in that group shows as "fewer than five", and one held by all but a few shows as "all but a few" — the fact is shown, the count is withheld.
