Every seat dollar in your reports uses $30 a seat until you set your real price.

Who may see the organization's numbers

Sponsors see every report. Everyone else sees only their own page.
When you save, every seat dollar in the three reports and the Traffic Lights is re-priced the same minute, and the "assumption" marks turn into "counted". Reports already frozen, decks already exported and cards already delivered keep the figures they were made with.

Your first Monday card arrives in Teams at 8:00, for the sponsors named on the Access tab. The week arrives as a Teams card and as an email to each sponsor, from weekly@notify.phoenixhalo.com; every email carries a one-click stop. If it lands in Junk, a Microsoft 365 security admin can allow notify.phoenixhalo.com in Microsoft Defender: Tenant Allow/Block Lists › Domains & addresses › Add › Allow.

What happened, and what was decided, is on Decisions › Decided; every event is on the History tab.

Something is waiting on a person: a chargeback request raised against a department budget and not yet decided, or a department that has crossed an overage threshold its own budget owner set. Both are events that already happened in a register — neither is a nag this page invented.

A report finished and its figures were frozen — generated by hand, or by a monthly schedule.

Something that should have produced a document did not: a report that failed with a reason, a report still generating long past the point where one should have finished, or a scheduled run that found nothing honest to freeze.

This is the illustrative organization — it is never written to, so there is nothing here to save. In your own tenant these switches are stored against your own Entra object id and take effect on the next page you open.

The email column, honestly. Aristo sends you no email about these categories, so there is no email switch to offer. Its one email is the weekly sponsor digest — on Monday mornings, to the sponsors named in Settings, with a one-click stop in every copy. A per-person email channel has not been built, and a switch for one would be a promise discovered to be false by the person who never received anything.

You have never changed these, so every category is shown. That is the default rather than a choice somebody made for you: this feed is a record of things that already happened in your organization, and hiding one of them by default would keep something from you that nobody decided to keep from you.
