Your first Monday card arrives in Teams at 8:00, for the sponsors named on the Access tab. The week arrives as a Teams card and as an email to each sponsor, from weekly@notify.phoenixhalo.com; every email carries a one-click stop. If it lands in Junk, a Microsoft 365 security admin can allow notify.phoenixhalo.com in Microsoft Defender: Tenant Allow/Block Lists › Domains & addresses › Add › Allow.
What happened, and what was decided, is on Decisions › Decided; every event is on the History tab.

Your own switches, stored against you rather than your organization. Nobody else’s feed moves when you change them.
The email column, honestly. Aristo sends you no email about these categories, so there is no email switch to offer. Its one email is the weekly sponsor digest — on Monday mornings, to the sponsors named in Settings, with a one-click stop in every copy. A per-person email channel has not been built, and a switch for one would be a promise discovered to be false by the person who never received anything.
You have never changed these, so every category is shown. That is the default rather than a choice somebody made for you: this feed is a record of things that already happened in your organization, and hiding one of them by default would keep something from you that nobody decided to keep from you.
