Aristo — Terms of Use

Aristo is a product of PhoenixHalo, Inc. · Effective 2026-07-13

Plain and simple: Aristo helps your people get real value from Microsoft 365 Copilot, one small win at a time. These terms describe how you may use it and what we promise in return. By using Aristo, you agree to them.

Who provides Aristo

Aristo is provided by PhoenixHalo, Inc. (“PhoenixHalo”, “we”, “us”). For anything about these terms, email hello@phoenixhalo.com and a human will reply.

What Aristo does

Aristo is a Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption platform. With your administrator’s consent, it reads aggregate Microsoft 365 usage signals to recommend Copilot “recipes” for each person and to measure adoption at the team level. When Aristo performs an action for you, it acts as the signed-in user, only after that user taps — never on its own.

Acceptable use

Use Aristo lawfully and as intended. Please do not: misuse or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer or copy it, resell it without our agreement, or use it to surveil or single out any individual (Aristo is built so you cannot — see the covenant below). Your use also remains subject to your own organization’s policies and your Microsoft 365 agreements.

Privacy and the covenant

How Aristo handles data is set out in our Privacy Policy, and the promises built into the product — care, not surveillance; leader views aggregated across five or more people; erasure on request — are in the Aristo covenant. Those documents are part of these terms.

Subscriptions and billing

Aristo’s paid plans are sold through the Microsoft commercial marketplace once the listing is live, or directly under your order form. Marketplace purchases, pricing, payment, renewals, and cancellations are governed by the Microsoft Azure Marketplace Terms of Use and the Microsoft Standard Contract for the commercial marketplace. We do not separately bill you outside those channels for the marketplace offer. Any free plan or trial is provided as described in the listing.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Aristo available and improving, and may update, add, or retire features over time. We will give reasonable notice of a material change that reduces core functionality of a paid plan.

Disclaimer and liability

We build Aristo with care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law it is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law. For marketplace purchases, the liability terms of the Microsoft Standard Contract apply to that transaction.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify your administrator.
