Where the per-person view lives
It exists, it is one page, and it belongs to the person it is about.
Aristo does keep a per-person view: Your Aristo, at /me. It shows one person the minutes Aristo helped them take back, the wins they logged, and their own recognition setting — and it opens only with that person's own sign-in. There is no leader route to it, no directory of them, and no export that produces one.
Send your people the link, rather than asking Aristo which of them is using Copilot. It is the same product, seen from the side of the person doing the work.
How the grouping works, and what is not measured yet
Seats are counted per group from your Microsoft licence records joined to your directory. A group whose total counted seats fall below 5 is folded into one aggregate row, and that aggregate itself appears only once it reaches 5. Inside a shown group, a seat type held by fewer than 5 people reads "fewer than 5" — the type is disclosed, the count is withheld.
The organisation total above is the whole estate. The figures at the foot of the table are the total of the rows SHOWN, which is a smaller number wherever the floor has withheld something — the two are labelled differently for that reason and are never presented as the same figure.
- Movement is measured for the organisation, not per team. A persisted run stores the estate's active and cold seat counts, not a figure per group, so no row on this page carries an arrow — a per-team trend would have to be invented.
- Seat types are shown per group, and a type held by fewer than five people in that group shows as "fewer than 5" — the fact is shown, the count is withheld.
